US Post Office lost it. Went from California to Florida, to Kent, WA and then here to Omaha. USPS high performance. None of that is the seller's fault, though. Only complaint is that one of the coasters had a chip in it. Judging from USPS performance I doubt it could be packed well enough to totally survive intact those mishandles. Would deal again with these folks. They were watching it make it's circuitous route to me.
