Seller ignored my first message explaining the situation and asking that he make good the two missing pieces. After my second message he offered to refund 20% of my purchase price, that was his only offering. So, I have an incomplete tool set and he's out a few bucks. Lose/lose. Don't do business with this guy, I won't be.
