All Parts came already assembled. All thats needed is mounting. Even has a storage bag and about 10 stones. Highly recommend over the Wasabi thats tripple the price with hardly no stones. Way cheaper yet built as good and executes the same fixed angle sharpening that is vital to a razor sharp edge. Thanks
