I ordered 3 orders of 20 salt bricks. Timing was OK but when the pallet arrived, the packaging was unbelievably poor and six bricks were missing, as well as a couple broken. I’ve emailed the seller three or four times and they emailed back once requesting more pictures. I’ve sent them multiple pictures and now they won’t even respond. Also never received my 3 free salt bowl lights. This was not a shipping issue but a packaging issue . Half of the bricks were unpackaged. Need more words😒

This seller refused to ship the order or give me a refund. They said they were out of inventory and the new costs were so much higher that they could only ship 60 lbs of Himalayan Salt instead of the 100 lbs they offered. I said "No, it becomes too expensive." I could live with this if they had just refunded me - no hard feelings, just a little disappointment. But they dragged out and refused to give a refund. I finally got my refund from Ebay customer service - in one day.
