    Good seller as far as packaging, speed of delivery and condition as described. Unfortunately I received a counterfeit pair of earbuds. Bose confirmed it with the serial number. I don’t believe the seller knew they were counterfeit. I did contact the seller and he said he had a pair he used at the gym and that was it. No offers to make things right. The seller has a no return policy so I took my loss. Live and learn. At $299 I did think they would be authentic. The noise cancellation is horrible

    Fantastic Product!

    I love the quality of the Bose system, and it has worked well with my 75 inch Sony TV. I would not hesitate to buy this again. Great stuff.. Don't mess with other brands. The remote is set up well, and the speakers are intuitive. They know when to come on, and what to do. You will not be happy at all. The price is not the best, as they are very expensive, but Bose has always come with a heavy sticker price.

    Great sound.

    This worked great, right out of the box the first time. The second time, no sound. Directions insufficient to fix problem. Emailed Bose, they sent contact number, I spent half an hour on the phone with Bose tech. They looked up my TV (Samsung 65" 4K curved) and went through several trouble-shooting procedures. Used Bose app on my phone. Eventually they got it working and have not looked back, great sound. One relatively small issue. About every third or fourth use, it seems to lose sync and I have to use the remote that came with it (as opposed to only using my Cable Box controller), I hit two buttons and bingo, back to functioning. I don't understand why it happens, but an easy enough fix. I also have the surround rear speakers from Bose and the stands, I highly recommend both. ...

    Love the Bose System

    I received the Bose 300 Sound Bar and the Sub that goes with it. I am just thrilled with the system. You feel the sounds as well as hear them. I't better then being in a hi end movie theater. It is a bit costly, but it is so much better then any other system I have listened to, Well worth the price if your this kind of enjoyment.

    Great Speaker, Remote does not have back light

    The Bose Soundtouch speaker does a great job of conveying sound even in a large room. Easy setup. The only drawback is that the remote control is not backlit. That is why I am only giving it 4 stars.
