I am very disappointed with my order, I specifically asked before purchase if the item advertised is exactly what I would get, they said yes. When my package arrived it was not the same item. The item delivered is available in my country and at a cheaper cost but it’s not what I wanted hence the reason for asking before purchasing. I contacted the seller about the issue and received no response three days now. I would like to get a full refund when the seller decides to respond please.
