1A Kundenservice!!! Ich hab eine größere Bestellung aufgegeben, aber leider 2 Schrauben nicht im eBay Shop gefunden. Nach Kontaktaufnahme, ob der Shop die gewünschten Schrauben beschaffen könnte, kam eine sehr schnelle Antwort, dass die gesuchten Schrauben auf Lager liegen würden und kostenlos mit zur Bestellung gelegt werden. So sollte Service immer aussehen. Hier kaufe ich gerne wieder :-)

I just don't understand your problem. The shipping costs are always visible on any article. Anything else is not allowed. You wanted us to cancel the purchase, we have refunded the complete amount. The cost for shipping to UK is only 8.99 Euro. Of course, it can be twice as expensive as the goods if they cost only 3 or 4 Euro.
