Item was misrepresented. I purchased as a Christmas gift. Listing said it came NIB but there was no box. Upon arrival there was a small piece of scotch tape over the nozzle - which was in the "open" position and it had leaked all over. I contacted the seller and asked for resolution options.To my astonishment seller responded accusing me of only wanting a refund and took absolutely no responsibility for the misinformation provided in their listing. Refunded. Won't buy from this seller again!

The product was 100% new as described. Unfortunately the tape we use on the pumps to keep them from leaking, didn't work in this shipment. We refunded you 100% for the damage and you kept the product.
