    These guys did a great job on communication and they had lots of transparency. Unfortunately my PC was damaged due to shipping and I guess the packaging itself wasn’t the best. However, they immediately wanted to repair it and once it got delivered it could not be repaired so they sent a refund right then. Although I never really got the PC im very happy about how they handled the situation.
