It was a well packaged new item and it shipped the same day it was ordered. Shade Pro answered my questions right away too. Same arms and motor as the one that came on the travel trailer. Freak wind storm ruined original ones. I would buy from Shade Pro again much better than Amazon for service and shipping! shipped ups instead of usps like Amazon large items always come damaged when shipped on usps.
