  • Its GREEN.

Honestly this fan is not completely silent but quiet enough to stay well in the background. It has a nice green color to it and the light it gives off adds to the blue light of my case and breaks things up nicely inside (I have a see through side panel on my tower computer). It does have silencer pads installed on it so an additional silencer gasket is not needed. I would say this is not bad for a "Halo" light fan. Its pretty basic as far as illuminated fans go but you are not paying attention inside the computer as much as you are paying attention to the screen. I have mine mounted to a 120mm radiator for water cooling and considering it is part of a cooling system now it does its part nicely and not sounding like a freaking vacuum cleaner doing it.

  • Thermaltake 120 mm fan

Good fans, they are quieter than an average fan not silent, they look awesome and carry a lot of air. I haven't had them running long enough to know their longevity. I have them mounted horizontal, that takes it's toll on most fans pretty quickly, so far so good.

  • Really a nice fan

I have two of these, mounted in my Thermaltake Core P3 build. I will be buying 2 more. They work as well as they should, and they look great. I use the noise reduction cables, and that makes them very quiet. Knocked off a star because they're a little more expensive than I'd like them to be, but I guess I'm a TT homie.

  • Case Fan Review

As advertised, the fan is indeed quiet. I bought it to replace another fan that sounded like a dentist's drill.
