    Seller demanded I provide the IMEI for activation prior to shipment unlike their listing said, which would have resulted in lost time on my service plan. After arguing about it and having to be shown a screenshot of their own listing for proof, they now need to contact eBay for help to issue a refund. Ridiculous. See attached screenshot.
