Item was never received and after reaching out after quite a while did get a refund. Really wanted the patch resent but sent refund instead.

It is our policy that we do no resend a patch that has been lost in the mail because we do not know why it was lost. There have been past cases where the mailing address was the issue. If we send out a second one and you still do not receive it, you will still be upset and give us a bad review. When a customer contacts us we try to resolve the issue immediately, it did not take a long time to resolve your issue as you have stated.
