About this product

Product Information

The Top Spin tennis series makes its Wii debut with professional athletes, authentic venues, and motion-sensing controls. Stars such as Andy Roddick, Roger Federer, Maria Sharapova, and Justine Henin compete in a choice of tournaments and singles or doubles matches. The Nunchuk initiates on-court movement as well as shot direction during a return. The Wii Remote simulates the motion of a tennis racket, with players influencing power and spin by swinging the controller at different angles and speeds. Top Spin 3 on Wii also includes an option to earn points by achieving various in-game milestones. Up to four players can compete simultaneously on the same screen.

Wish it would've shipped in a bubble envelope instead of a paper one, but it arrived as described at a very low price, so I can't really complain. A+ Seller. Cheers!

Top Ebayer! A++++++ Exactly as described, nicely packaged, good price and arrived quickly. (if you see 3 items with similar reviews of mine for this seller, that's because I ordered 3 things on the same day from this seller and they were all excellent!) Thanks!!

  • Frustration then Fun!

I was excited to try the Top Spin 3 for Wii since I am an avid tennis fan. I wanted something a little more challenging than the tennis on Wii Sports so I decided to purchase this item. I was a little disappointed that the tutorial was just visuals and not practice sessions where you could actually serve, volley, etc. The tutorial did a decent job of getting me familiar with the controls. I found the first three hours I played this very frustrating. It was difficult to get the motions down using the Wii remote and the nunchuck at the same time. I found myself constantly missing balls, not being able to manuever my player or return the ball where I wanted it. I was ready to chalk it up to money wasted. I stuck with it though and finally got the hang of using both at the same time. One ...

Still learning but enjoying the game! The playability is a 8 out of 10 Players- I wish you could create your own player to go all the way through the grand slams. Players available are good. Pretty basic SERVE, VOLLEY, BASELINE atributes. 1 star to 5 star. Don't like how the screen(court) is darker lit with lights in some stages. Just make them all bright! If you play tennis or not it is easy enough to learn and play. 8 out of 10 overall

  • top spin 3 Wii 2008

I bought this product because I wanted something more then the standard wii tennis game. As far as controlling the player it is far more advenced and it satisfied my needs. The dissapointement came when I wanted to select a player. There's not too many alternatives although I found interesting the option to choose players from a differen age of the sport.

  • Good Game

I have not played a whole lot of this game yet, but from what I have it is very realistic. I hear you cannot play left handed, which is a bummer, but aside from that (and some annoying music) it is much more realistic than the Wii sports tennis. Worth your money if you are a tennis fan. I was a huge fan of Mario Tennis for N64 and this is definitely an upgrade.
