Unfortunately, the drum assembly did not perform like a new one after shipping. Seller worked with me to resolve issues. A second drum unit still did not resolve the issue. I ended up not trying a third time because other factors (bad weather in Texas) kept response time longer. I took a refund and am using my old drum unit in the new body for a moderate improvement in print quality.
