Seller listed item as XW, but was actually M (clearly labeled on shoe). Luckily they provide return shipping without an issue and refunded quickly. sorry for "neutral" reply, but you i cannot say it was a "positive" experience.... Especially since I had to walk in the (1/16//24) snowstorm to return the item to the post office.
