Product Information

The retail version of a previously released WiiWare title, TV Show King Party is a multiplayer trivia game designed to resemble a television game show. Up to four players compete by answering multiple choice questions, though every player answers each question, rather than just the first who buzzes in. There are more than 3,000 questions in all, spanning categories like geography, science, history, sports, literature, and entertainment. Certain questions require players to use their Wii Remote as a pointer, as a flashlight (to illuminate the answers), or as a scratching tool (to reveal the answers). In between rounds players test their luck on a wheel of fortune that can turn the tide of every game by doubling or destroying gamers' wealth. TV Show King also features single-player options that let gamers take on computer opponents, or just test themselves to see how many consecutive questions they can answer correctly.

I use a shipping rate for Canada which is the same price no matter which game you buy. The Nintendo DS game that you bought happens to be extremely light.For 95%+ of the games, the shipping price makes sense.However, some games are heavier and some games are lighter than the average - so there is an aspect of fluctuation that I account for. But you're right about the total price, that's what matters, I also currently have "Best Offer" on - so you can always make an offer to get a better price.

    TV Show King Party (Wii)

    This game is a great game and is tons of fun BUT can be very frustrating with the controller issues. This is a hard thing to explain in words but here goes....While playing the game, it can be difficult to get the Wii controller to the correct answer especially if you are playing with multiple human players (instead of computer players). All four players answer at the same time and it is difficult to get your pointer to your choice in the time allowed. Sometimes it would appear as if a controller would disappear altogether. Now those of you who think this is a Wii Controller issue, it was not because when you paused the game to the Wii menu, all controllers were there and moving smoothly but when you go back to the game, the problems come back.     Great Game for the Whole Family

    First of all - I do not agree with the review on here about Controller issues. There were no issues when I played...BUT here is my review: My family was coming into town and I was trying to find a game that my whole family could play. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that we played this game for HOURS. It was fun, interactive and the time really got away from us. Even more amazing was the next day when my 14 year old nephew was playing the game with his friends. For a game to keep both kids and adults engaged while learning (which I'm sure my nephew didn't realize) has to be a game that I had to write my first review on.

    Great game and enjoy it. Some tough questions but I like it not too easy.

    I used some wii points and saw this in the shopping part. 800 points I had and this was 800. I played once so far and this game is real fun and looks pretty cool. If you can get this reasonably I'd say give it a shot. Pretty cool game in my opinion but only played one round so far. Looks great for when company is over. Hope you enjoy :)

    My favorite game - fun and interactive!

    This game is so much fun. You are able to select different modes and or games to play. We played it with our Grandchildren who are 12 and 13 years old. They were able to answer the questions too! What I espically liked is the questions are not repetitive - therefore no one can memorize the answers and have an advantage over you. The other feature I like is that we can play the game together instead of one at a time. Very interactive....one of my favorite games!

    TV Show King Party

    I have 2 kids 3 years apart and we can play the game together. The trivia is generalized enough that someone usally knows the answers. You can play together or against each other. You just use just WII controller to answer the questions. I have not found a game like this that we all like to play. It is kid friendly.
