The Macallister MGTP430 pack, that I ordered, was delivered free, and on time.There was a problem, however, as the cap didn't fit my trimmer, as it was too small. When I contacted customer services, they were very apologetic, and offered me a compromise, which I was happy to accept, as the spool did fit.As the pack was sent in good faith, I cannot blame the company.
