Undercover police officer Tanner returns to active duty in DRIV3R, a continuation of the mission-based driving series that made its PlayStation debut in 1998. Following a similar structure to Grand Theft Auto III, players are given the freedom to leave vehicles at any time to complete objectives on foot. Gameplay involves using weapons in violent encounters with criminals, performing deliveries, and engaging in high-speed chases and getaways in a variety of vehicles. <br><br>The adventure will take players across the sandy beaches of Miami, the winding cobblestone streets of Nice, and past the bazaars and drizzled rain of Istanbul as they infiltrate an international crime organization. U.K.-based developer Reflections, the team behind the first two titles in the Driver series as well as Stuntman, takes the wheel once again for the third game in the best-selling series.

When I saw that the listing also included the Run the Gauntlet short film on DVD, I couldn't help but think it was a neat little addition. Sure you can easily find the short on YouTube, but I personally really wanted it the moment I saw it. I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

    Driver 3 PS2 version

    I played Driver 3 on the Xbox one of the best games I played back in the day. Playing it on the PS2 is horrifying. Graphics, gameplay, and game control just horrible.

REALISTIC? yes... for the most part... give or take a few over exagerated explosions or sequences FUN? for damn sure!!! one of the most fun games in the world! EASY OR HARD? the missions get pretty difficult! but if you are into FREE DRIVE the have your way with all 3 citys! HOW ABOUT GRAPHICS? this is where the bar has been raised, unlike GTA the explosions ore more..     The Wheelman is Better than Ever

    Driver 3 for the PlayStation 2 is affectionately known as "Drive 3'er" by the people who love it. Driv3r is a perfect game for anybody who likes good, high- speed chases, gun battles, and scenic cities like Miami, Florida and Nice, France. There's also settings to practice driving skills, as well as going "Undercover" for daring missions which push your skills to the limit. As in the first DRIVER PlayStation game; you can easily flip cars, including police cars! And like in Driver 2 (PlayStation)you're able to get out of a car when the damage is too much; with the added bonus of being able to defend yourself with weapons. Such weapons include pistols, a high-powered rifle/shotgun (aquired later) and an M-16 machine gun (aquired by eliminating Timmy Vermicelli) Bottom line is Driv3r is one ...
