The item was as described/pictured but arrived with a cracked/crushed case due to inadequate packing (padded mailer with a few cardboard strips and bubble wrap). The Seller was very responsive and mailed me a replacement case top to replace what was damaged. I DON'T HOLD SELLERS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROBLEMS IN SHIPPING, but if the train engine was as carefully packaged as the replacement case, the entire matter could have been avoided. GREAT SELLER
