This product was delivered without the main heat shield and additional parts not needed. I contacted Automotived and they responded in minutes with several options. This part was packaged new by K&N, and the missing parts/ extra parts were the fault of the packers and not Automotived. They gave me several options after K&N said the had no extra heat shields to send. Automotived forwarded me the tracking info after K&N sent one out. Cannot emphasize how pleased I am with Automotived! Thank you
