    iPad pro

    I got a great deal on this open box / new iPad Pro. When it was received, the battery was at 27%. It took hours just to get the battery to charge a fraction and not full. I have numerous apple products, and have never experienced this before. The next day it was at full charge. The battery life has been ok, and my wife hasn't mentioned any more about it. However, I'm still monitoring this very closely, while it is still under warranty. Now the appearance is great! The other functions are just outstanding , and inline with my expectations from apple. Other than the battery I love this new iPad! That is why I gave it a 4, and not a 5.

    Screen problems

    My screen kind of doesn’t work, when I press the c on the keyboard it won’t press and when I use the Apple Pencil in the middle of the screen it glitches and draws across the screen. It came in good condition and everything else seems to work besides the screen

    Phenomenal

    I LOVE IT. Have wanted one forever and this one is awesome. Could not be happier with my new iPad Pro 9.7. I was surprised at how vivid the display is, photos and colors look wonderful. It's also extremely thin and very light. Hated to put a cover on it but better safe than sorry. It's fast and quick to open apps. Easy to navigate and IOS10 works great. Small learning curve on new/improved stuff but not bad. Can't think of any cons for it. I absolutely love it.
