They then asked me to send pictures, and they that if it was okay with them, they’d have to get the product from elsewhere and have it shipped from another warehouse. Then advised that I’d have to reach out to them in a week to 10 days to get the tracking from them. Rather than them provide me with the tracking. Sh*t customer service.
