Item arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Order a board game and it was just sent in a mailing bag, no protection. Box came crushed with a large hole through the mailing bag. When I sent the seller a message with pictures, I got no response. I had go submit a request through eBay for a refund. I understand that the item being damaged during shipping is out of the seller's hands, but at least message buyers back when something like this happens. Very poor communication/no communication.
