Shoes came with a stain and the only option they gave me was to return the product. They said it should come out woth some soap, but hasn't yet. They mentioned they were in a box with other product. They didn't want to apply a discount because they said they were already "a discounted price" since i didn't pay retail for them.

You can't please everyone. I offered a full price refund, on a New pair of UGG Sandals, with a VERY small stain. Customer wanted to use this to their advantage to get the shoes for 75% off retail. They already got the shoes for half price of retail. Buyer Protection, Manipulation at its finest.
