I had to call customer service twice because I couldn't remember what I needed to do after the first call 🤪. Customer service is really great both times. I did have to take it apart to rewind the springs but now that I know what I'm doing it was relatively easy. Packaging was perfect the product seems to be of great quality and it should last me.😎

Shipment damaged/lost parts in shipping to no fault of their own. They were more than stellar at get me the replacement parts that were lost and replacing the parts that were damaged. I would definitely deal with again.

So now I have a 900$ product with what looks to be road rash on the most visible parts.the existing arms from 2001 on my trailer have a better finish .

They were damaged had no directions trying to contact seller to get replacement parts but no response. The item wasn’t cheap. I would warn other buyers about this company. They will not stand by what they sell or even respond for that matter.

I believe the shippers dropped the box on both ends because 3 of the 4 plastic covers were damaged. There was nothing in the box to help protect the plastic parts from bad shippers. Could the seller contact me so I can get new plastic covers.
