    Items arrived promptly and as described, however they were packaged stuck to sellotape and as I removed them each button had a sticky residue on. I was happy to return for a refund as I was disappointed but the seller advised me that they are a small business and would i accept a 30% discount instead. I accepted this to help a small business but I am now left with buttons that I may never clean up and use.

    These items was sent as a letter, this is how we send all our items that can fit in a letter because as postage is half the price compared to a large letter which is passed onto the customer. Sending as large letter woul. Providing a 30% discount did not help us out as we ended up making a loss on the sale. It was only 10 buttons and the cellotape residual is not hard to clean off, we have never had any other customer complain about this and that postage cost saving is passed onto the customer,
