The item arrived and the seller thoughtfully packaged it, but unfortunately it still arrived broken (inside the original box, the white ceramic opening part seemed to have moved and broke during transit). I took pictures and shared with the seller, and the seller immediately resolved the issue. I appreciate the prompt and professional response and given how the entire packaging was smelling like the original scent (I am familiar with this scent/item), it's a good item.
