    Very sharp

    This knife is great for cooks who want a consistent and precise edge with little sharpening. It features specialized bolster allowing for total control when holding the middle of knife with thumb and forefinger. Bought this for professional kitchen was not disappointed.

    JA Henckels Pro Chef's Knife 8 Inch

    The quality is excellent. Has a professional feel. Very sharp! If you like this style this is a great knife. However my old knife was more Japanese style: lighter, thinner, and the blade was not as curved. Having used the Henckel I prefer the Japanese style.
