The hinges in front and back are cracked, the entire text block is still holding to the binding. Spine has loosened mainly in the lower half. There are soiled edges of the text block and covers, along with pages with waviness. The text has handwritten notes within, mainly in the margins. One page had torn halfway across and I repaired it with some acid free archival tape. There are a couple of pages that have old and yellowed scotch tape repairs where there were small tears less than an inch.”
