Item was listed as brand new, unopened. It showed up in an opened box and was clearly used as it had used mounting tape stuck to the circuit board. The IP was programmed to a static number which is not the default and took significant effort with the help of the manufacturer's support to use a jumper on the circuit board to fix this. Contacted seller and it was admitted that it was opened and "tested" but was not willing to do anything about it being used and labeled as new, unopened.
