I received my package in a timely manner. The item inside was broken into many pieces. When I spoke with the seller I was told to work with the mail carrier for resolution. That option did not work out. The seller offered no solution to the issue. I am out the cost of the item with no resolution.

I spoke with eBay before responding to the buyer and relayed eBay's advice to me. The reason the item was refused return is that the items was double wrapped, first in a tin with padding and then in the outer box with padding, and neither was damaged at all. In this case, it appears that the claim did not support the evidence. I was told eBay would file a fraudulent claim against the buyer if it were returned.
