My Sony receiver came very well packed, with the delicate switches protected by styrofoam blocks. I was happy to find the receiver looked as sleek and clean as it did in the online photos. I was surprised how transparent and robust my headphones sounded through the vintage Sony - easily as good as more modern counterparts. This might mean that some weak capacitors were replaced during the restoration. All in all, I am very happy with every facet of this transaction. Thank you.
