I LOVE this product. The Trophy Skin Microderm MD is helping to smooth my skin and minimize blemishes and large pores. I also use this product on my teen sons and it is REALLY helping their acne and acne scar issues. You see the evidence that this product is working. The little black filters "catch" the removed dead skin cells and blemishes. When you change the filter you realize all the good the machine is doing. This is easy to use and of great quality...however, I am not a skin care expert. I prefer to use this instead of go across town for a facial. I have had freckles since a young age, and I hear that enough consistent use of this should help. I have only used it 4 times and already have some results. I also started to use this on the backs of my arms, where I have rough skin and ... I LOVE this product. Excellent machine for the money. Does exactly what it is suppose to do. Easy to use!
Just purchased the product and used one time so far and can see a huge difference. Face feels soft, smoother, and has a beautiful natural glow. Easy to use, not harsh on face. The pore extraction is excellent tool to remove dirt without hurting the face. Saves money on treatments from going to the salon. I now only have to go to the salon once a month or once every other month.

This product works pretty well to clean up your face and slough off dead cells. I use the auto setting, which controls how long and intense the treatment is. I have not used the manual setting. Used properly, this product seems very safe.
