They cancelled my order after I offered and they accepted my offer. I can imagine the high cost of mailing (the ad said free) but they did not write me to arrange payment for the mailing, with other orders it has happened to me, and they write me to cover part of the shipping. But these people just canceled nothing, no mail or anything. I do not recommend them. I am sorry there is no negative rate, they have -10 in everything.
