    Seagate Barracuda HDDs Excell in their field

    I bought these to put in a lot of PIII computer towers which I acquired. These are great drives!! The best feature are the anti-static shields on the bottom of the drives. These shields protect all of the components usually exposed on the bottom of hard drives. This makes for a lot easier installation of the drives and less stress when having them shipped to you. I would definitely recommend these to anyone wanting to upgrade an existing system or build a new one.

    Good Hard Drive

    An excellent quiet, fast, and reliable hard disk drive. I bought it for my 1.1 GHz Athlon system. The systems specs are the following: AMD Athlon @ 1.1 GHz with 200 MHz FSB. FIC AZ11 motherboard 1 GB of memory

    Replaced an old tired IBM

    I had an old tired IBM hard drive that sounded like it was on it's last legs. I cloned it to this Seagate, installed the Seagate, booted to it, all is well and quiet!

    Lots of hard drive

    Bought this one with 10 hard drives actually for testing purpose. Good for 20GB to install any OS. For personal use, this is definitely not enough.
