This unit was missing the tools and a few other things but I had them from another unit. The print head was plugged up and would not feed the filament. I took it all apart, cleaned it out, there was a small piece of filament stuck in the tube, once removed, the printer came to life, works like a dream now, thank you great deal. I printed out something not sure what it was just to test the printer, kind of cool, no idea was it is but it worked non stop for over 5 hours, a good test.

seller communication could have been a little better, as I didn't get a tracking number for my package and it showed up with no notice or warning (wife didn't know I had ordered so she wasn't thrilled when it showed up without me telling her). Otherwise, I am incredibly happy with this transaction. The printer I received needed a couple of screws that were missing and had a groove melted into the bed surface in one spot. prints great after assembly and being reset to default for settings.
