Item very poorly packaged in a used, creased Amazon box with some brown paper wrapped around the item. No padding or bubble-wrap used. Item was in a carry-case inside this box & arrived in non-working order. Seller refunded me the cost of item + £5, but I’m still out the cost of postage. When I queried this, Seller said it was sent via a Third Party and I would have to chase postage refund thru eBay.
Very dreadful transaction AND I’ll still have to get the item repaired at my own pricey cost.

Unfortunately the item (which was in its own carry case) arrived damaged. I immediately initiated a full refund, however because the buyer had used eBay's Global Shipping Programme he only received the UK shipping element and not the overseas portion which was considerably more. I raised the problem with eBay who advised me that if the buyer got in touch with them he would receive a refund of the remainder. I advised the buyer but he has chosen not to take it any further.
