I contacted the seller and they offered a full refund. I purchased the same product again, this time with air bubble packaging and a box. The package did get lost in transit though. However the speakers work very well, just as described!

    Great quality, flawless

    My old one had broken down, this product was in great condition, worked flawless. Only needed a transformator for the voltage, 220 to 110 but that I knew before.
