    The title tells it all "The French in Indochina" short and to the point.

    The book goes into enough detail as to be informational but no so much that it is boring. Great photos of the equipment and of the men of the Legion. I am interested in the war in both French Indochina and the Republic of South Viet Nam. Which lead me to become a small time collector of militaria from that era. As an historian and or collector. This is a must have in your reference library. If you are not really into the war and those who fought it. Then I would say the book is a bit too expensive for you. But for people like described previously and myself It was and is worth it. It is in a final thought aa very well made book and has high quality paper and photos.

    Worth the cost.

    Good book. However the translation from the original French is a bit rough. It takes some time to get used to it. I think the translation is literal but not exactly the words we would use to describe certian items of field gear, uniforms or weapons.
