The 4 TB HDD was so well packed that even if you wanted to damage it with force nothing would happen to the HDD ! The item is lime new. I haven't unpacked it as I still have 10 days to go back to Pakistan to install it in my NAS. I am sure thete will be no isaue with it. Thanks for a real good deal.
