    We have not installed the box yet, but it's very sturdy. I emailed the seller they responded very quickly to assist me. I could not locate the keys for the box, they were taped to the bottom and I had to flip it over. Not giving 5 stars because we have not used the product yet so so I can not speak to the durability of the box. It was exactly what we needed and I could not locate one in the U.S. The shipping is a little pricey but it is big and coming from UK. It was PACKED WELL and NOT damaged

    My postman is extremely disappointed with this product. He is reluctant to us it. More information is needed to make potentially customers aware of the pitfalls. I also find it difficult how you justify the pricing of these mailboxes. Mind was packed damaged as I received the delivery personally and there was no marks externally but when I unpacked the item there was a scratch all down one side, so even if I had wanted to return this item, it was not possible. Buyer Beware.
