Avoid this seller. Refused to ship item. After asking to resend via USPS, Seller said : "our logistics provider told us that if we resent it, it will still be returned due to size." The item is light, made of plastic, is less than 18" and almost flat at 3 inches. Eventually the seller listed the same item for 2x the price and then took it down. Poor communication. Eventually refunded full price. More hassel than they're worth.
