      Good quality product

      I've used blue eyeliner since I was a teenager this is a waterproof long lasting eyeliner. It really last all day without smearing. It's a very good waterline pencil. People always ask me what brand, Milani is a good brand. And I have tried so many Like Maybelline,Loreal,Cover Girl,Revlon and so many other. For me a really good eyeliner is Milani.

      Nice bright rich blue!

      I have combo/oily skin and always wear waterproof eye makeup. I wanted to try new eye makeup colors and this one is a nice bright rich blue. not sky blue, not cobalt blue, but a nice blue. It's great to wear during the summer too, along with blue mascara too!

      Really like Milani eye products

      Goes on easy and stays on throughout the day. I wish it were a bit less bright...more of a deeper color..Maybe they make a navy blue one..?
