I TRUST THE LIVES OF MY LOVED ONES AS WELL AS MY LIFE To MagLites!!!!!
I have 2 of the LED Mini MagLites and one is nice, it has 2 brightness levels, flashes and flashes SOS BUT this Mini MagLite PRO is MUCH brighter. I have the 4 D cell MagLite, a 2 D cell MagLite but those aren't the LED models. I am going to buy the conversions for them but I only use MagLite flashlights. They have always been top of the line. I am going to get the tailcaps with the cord and touch sensor so I can turn this Mini MagLite PRO into a tactical light to mount on my AR-15. It's bright enough that in a defense situation it will, at least temporarily, blind any intruders. It really is blindly bright. These are MagLite's which really says it all.......they are PERFECTION!!!!! Steel cases, SUPER Bright LED's and I have never had one fail for anything other than poor batteries or when ... I did break one when I left the batteries in too long, the corroded, stuck to the plastic mount the bulb sits in and I broke it getting those corroded batteries out. Turning these into tactical lights to put on my AR-15's should say A LOT. It shows that I TRUST MY LIFE AND THE LIVES OF MY LOVED ONES to these Mini MagLites. I could pay well over a hundred dollars for one of the other name brand tactical lights but I've never had any problems with MagLite and as the old saying goes, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." I'm willing to trust these lights with my life as well the lives of my loved ones so I think THAT is the best endorsement you can give ANY product.

Love the light.
I love this light, very bright and good size for a key ring. But after only a couple weeks use, the switch is very erratic. It's made the light almost unusable. update: I changed the battery and it solved the problem....so all is good.

I'm slightly biased, I bought this flashlight to replace my 5 yr old Mini Maglite Pro Plus but I forgot the "Plus" part of the name. It's a good flashlight there's only one niggle... the on/off switch makes it flicker sometimes and takes a few jiggles to get it steady. Apart from that, I love it. Nice bright light that reaches a good distance. What I miss about my Plus model is the high/low beam and it had a strobe and sos flash. That model is apparently hard to find anymore. But no matter, this model is growing on me. If the twitchy switch would just steady out I think I'd grow to love it. It may be brighter than my old Plus and is certainly brighter than the Pro Plus they're selling now. I liked the low beam to save battery life, but since my old light was ruined by some bad batteries ... Brightest pocket flashlight I own
Over ten times brighter than the older light bulb models. Weight is just about perfect, easy to find by feel in a dark map pocket. Sturdy enough to survive being dropped with only minor scratches. Very nice!

I was in law enforcement and I can tell you, there is NOTHING on the market today that comes close to the brightness, durability and sheer ruggedness of a Mag Lite. This Mini Mag PRO LED 2 cell light is AWESOME. Extremely bright for its size, and it fits perfectly on a duty belt or work belt in its nylon holster. You can't go wrong if you buy this product.
