Although the motherboard worked, one of the two DIMM slots was non-functional. After trying to boot with multiple versions of two PC4 DIMMs, and only getting an orange light, I found that all the RAM I was testing with worked fine if I only populated one of the two DIMM slots. In fact, using only one stick of RAM, and rotating between the two DIMM slots, in the white DIMM slot the machine booted fine. If the DIMM was moved to the black DIMM slot, only the orange error light lit tup.
