    Good price. Very good communication. Item was in perfect condition. Great seller. Shipping with RoadRunner Shipping was not so positive but that's not the seller's fault. They dropped off a 135 lb box with the bottom ripped at the bottom of my stairs. Would not help me take it up the stairs (8 steps) even after I offered him payment to do so. Also left the wood pallet which was huge and hard to get rid of. Note this if you have stairs. Call your friends to help.

    A little miscommunication between E-bay and the Postal Services, unfortunately sad that the Seller couldn't do anything about it, neither E-bay, nor the Postal Services; No delays however. This time I am surprised that such a light package costed me so much. I was also disturbed/annoyed by the fact that they keep sending me messages regarding payment of the delivery to the wrong e-mail though I had given them the right one and no one seemed to be able to update it.     Just "OK", I'd recommend a different brand

    Packaging states for 23.8" monitors, though the filter itself seems to measure more like 23.6" leaving a small gap around edges. The stick on tabs don't stick very well and are kind of small for the purpose. Not a great privacy filter, as it's still pretty see through from far away, though 1 side is more polarized than other. It's "ok", but having used other brands, Targus missed the mark.
