Only the shipping time , an boxed okay. This was open box item purchase. ionchill Quickcube ice maker,, the right side of handel out place was very hard to insert it in the housing. Just did not line up for proper install. Had to use force to insert it. The main biggest problem was a HOLE PUNCH in the bottom water tank. 2 inches right side of the DRAIN PLUG. This was not good. NOT A NEW condition to sell. It was a damaged product to sell that i bought. $$ lost.
