Sure that the seller is a nice person, but her packaging and wrapping skills are a disaster. The box was entirely too large. The figurine was wrapped just once and there was a huge gap inside un reinforced box in other words this poor figure never had a chance. Seller Didn’t even apologize, She is relived it was insured, no apology Just continues to claim she did nothing wrong. obviously ships clothes for a living, not fragile figurines, and now the rabbits are lost. cruel and indifferent
