The item was well packaged and arrived quickly. The instrument itself had a few dents and scratches but it was purchased as used so that is understandable. It plays and has a decent sound. The case is pretty badly cracked, but usable for now. Overall, for the price I can't complain. My 9 year old son wanted to learn to play flute but I didn't want to invest too much money on something he might give up on after 3 months. If he decides to seriously study the flute we can always upgrade later.
